Carpe Diem - Fun for all Tag

With the  January KOM  - there are  embellishments and Pink Paislee tags -  well I needed a tag  for  a wine bottle tomorrow night - so   adding and  layering the  bits and  pieces I had left  from the kit - a  resin frame I made  .. and  in less than 30 minutes a little  tag for the  wine.
