Santoro Drink Me

Oh my oh my I am soo behind in sending out some thank you cards, but its been hard running the online store and the retail store and  finding time to create!  I have learnt that one needs that creative escape to sooth the soul, to let all of the days worries wash away.  

So I am back at it .. and her is a sweet Santoro thank you card using  the 

Dreamer A4 Decoupage Pack . 

Not only are they adorable, but the packaging of any Santoro collection is second to none! The  inside panels have  images that you may cut out and inside you get 2 sheets of 4 designs and paper to create some magnificent cards, tags and/or perfect for layouts! 

Using  Flying Unicorn Flowers, and Prima Flowers too..Authentique petite letters to spell out thank you and the  papers are a simple mix from my stash that I  need to use up!

5 minutes is all you need  to create these darling rosebuds or half open roses. Think how many you can create in an hour and ohh.. used on a  project of beauty they  will be admired, like a rose should. Knowing these were made by you, yes that makes these roses so much sweeter.

Bello Pastello by Riddersholm Design has to be one of my most favorite collections of all time .. Its  a collection of  vintage blues with hints of teal greens, pinks, brown  and gold that is so elegant and divine  I love creating with it ... 

I am into creating  little  boxes and decorating them ... since I  do  send out little  RAK's of handmade resin pieces and  flowers I  make  to friends  so  creating and designing them is a  quick little  passion fix. Using a birdcage die cut and laser cuts by Petaloo along with  Heartfelt Creations Vintage Floret  flower die a  little  box  Live, Laugh, Love was made.

 The new Santoro Gorjuss collections in the  store are  way to awesome to play with  ... the  images are there for you to  simply layer them so easy peasy and  the  matching papers -  card and tag  making a  piece of cake  ... 
Inside the  packages there are diecuts to cuts and  there are sheets inside that hold tags, hearts, borders etc  ...  simply  perfect to have  everything co-ordinate .

 Santoro Gorjuss is in the store and I am in love. These adorable gals and the quality of the paper and the packaging is beyond  anything we have seen .  The packages contain decoupage images that give the girls a 3-d effect and the matching papers are exquisite.

There is truly only one thing I miss in my home and that is a fireplace. Okay maybe I would only be able to use it once every  few years living in South Florida, but ohh the  decorating for the holidays I could  do ...but no fireplace, no mantle  so it was time to create my own. 

This month  at MMU ( Mid Month University)  is yup  create your own fireplace and mantle and decorate it to your hearts content. When we got the sample of the Authentique Halloween paper collection Spirited I  need to so play with it! It is a perfect collection of tradition and vintage mix for this spooktacular holiday. 

Your mantle can be for Thankgiving, Halloween, Everyday  and  of course Christmas ... just have fun ! 

The  template and the  simple 1-2-3 instructions to create yours is below.  use the template or  make your own !  My fireplace front  - I printed off some bricks and  covered the template. With molding paste and grey paint I cover  it - removing some of the  paste so the bricks came thru giving it a worn down look.  The fire was a clipart found using  google .. I di not save  it - sorry  ...
