 “Tis the night—the night

Of the grave's delight,

And the warlocks are at their play;

Ye think that without,

The wild winds shout,

But no, it is they—it is they!” 

Yes, October 31 - its truly about the candy - the chocolate more importantly ! 

Using Echo Park Halloween paper and the  new  Julie Nutting doll stamp   I created a candy box  to be filled with yummies. 

Lots of  black and  purple  stickles, and carboard cut and inked with  prima chalk ink pastel yellow to create the look of pages inside the  book ...  

Black 13@rts paint to change the  color of the mini roses,  and  from the  flowers the stems were twined around a toothpick to make the  twirly vines on the  pumpkins.

A Coffin Good Day

With Halloween around the  corner. a  coffin  full of goodies is what the  witches and warlocks ordered!  So scroll on down for the  template  and  make  these   boo-tiful boxes  fro your   own ghosts and  goblins ! 

I used  one  sheet of Authentique Paper HAUNTED   from the  Enchanted Collection, 

This one was fun ...  I use  Timmy's  Black Embossing  Powder  - 

I covered the  white cardstock with white  glue ... lots  of  it  and then sprinkled the  embossing powder on top, heat  gun and  waited  for  bubbles  giving  it the  texture  look and feel
